ORDER / What are the payment methods?
Here are the different payment methods available:
- Bank card: Visa, MasterCard
- PayPal (up to 4 installments with no fees)
ORDER / I want to change my order, how do I do that?
You can contact us by sending an email with your order number to the following address: contact@nativee.com. We can modify your order if it has not yet been prepared.
ORDER / How can I track the progress of my order?
By logging into your account, you can track your order at any time in the "My Orders" section. Click on your order reference and you will be redirected directly to the carrier's website where you will have access to your tracking number.
ORDER / I would like to cancel my order, is that possible?
You can contact us by sending an email with your order number to the following address: contact@nativee.com. We can cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared.
ORDER / I received a defective item, what should I do?
If you have received a defective product, you can contact our after-sales service via the form or by email at the following address: contact@nativee.com.
ORDER / I have a discount code, how do I use it?
The code must be added at checkout. It cannot be combined with other promotions.
DELIVERY / What are the delivery times?
-> 2 to 4 days for home delivery (business days)
-> 2 to 5 days for delivery to a collection point (business days)
DELIVERY / How much time do I have to collect my parcel from the collection point?
You have ten days to collect your parcel from the collection point.
DELIVERY / My order has not been delivered, what should I do?
You can check your order status in your account and track your package using the tracking link sent to you by email. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at contact@nativee.com.
CARE / How do I care for my jewelry?
Jewelry should be worn and stored with the utmost care. We advise against contact between your jewelry and water, cream, or perfume.
REPAIR / Do you have a jewelry repair service?
We have an after-sales service available should a problem arise with a product. We strive to find a solution for every customer: repair, exchange following a defect, etc.

RETURN / I wish to return my jewelry, what is the procedure?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your purchases for a refund if they are not suitable. Please follow the return procedure .
